How to order

1. Order products at the store.

How to order: Customers can come and order with the store staff. Once payment is complete, customers can receive the product immediately.
* Note: If ordering in large quantities, the store may request additional time to prepare the product.

3. Customers can place an order and wait to receive the products because our store has products ready to ship.

2. Customers order products by sending a list of products to the admin in Line. The admin will summarize the total and agree on the delivery.

3. Steps for ordering products through the website

1. Add products to the cart
2. Click to order products in the cart
3. Fill in the information for shipping and click to confirm the order
4. Within 1 business day, the admin will contact the customer via the phone number provided to confirm the product list, confirm shipping and summarize the total
5. The customer pays by transferring money to the account that the admin informs.
6. The customer can receive the product in 2 ways
– Come to pick up the product yourself at the Yong Kim Chiang store
– If you want the shop to deliver it, the shop will deliver the product 1 business day after receiving payment confirmation.

Purchase Terms

1. Orders on the website must be over 10,000 baht only.
2. The list of products that customers order may change due to out of stock, etc. The admin will inform the customer of the changed details before informing the customer to pay.

3. The price of the product may change without prior notice.
4. The price shown does not include VAT.
5. Yong Kim Chiang Shop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Shipping Terms

– Yong Kim Chiang Shop has a delivery service for shipping companies. The minimum order for shipping service is 10,000 baht.
– Yong Kim Chiang Shop has the right to determine or change the shipping company that will be used for shipping and will inform customers of the details of the change before shipping the product.
– Yong Kim Chiang Shop may charge additional shipping fees at the discretion of the shop.
– Yong Kim Chiang Shop does not provide messenger delivery services and shipping companies such as Thailand Post, Kerry, J&T.
